If you like eating chicken feet, this is for you! This super spicy chicken feet soup is awesome when you drink beer with friends and end up with this spicy soup and tender feet :)
1. Fill up a pot with water, then add galangal, lemongrass, red shallots, salt and MSG.
2. Add the chicken feet and boil them for about 30 minutes or until you see that the skin became tender.
3. Add fish sauce and sour tamarind paste. Taste and rectify with seasoning as you like. Then pour the soup in a bowl, squeeze a slice of lime, and add topping with bird's-eye chili and culantro. Enjoy! Zap!
