Here is a simple delicious recipe for people who is on diet ! So serve your self with Tuna salad for today :)
1. Sear tuna on the pan with high heat( one side about 30 second). Then add salt and pepper to both sides. Take it out and slice it as a picture shown here.
2. Gently mix salads with nuts and avocado, then add salt, lime juice, sweet chili sauce for chicken. Taste it
3. Put salad to the plate and topping with seared tuna. Ready to eat!
