Hello !! Hello! Let's make one of famous Lao authentic dish which is chicken steamed with banana leaves. Delicious :)

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Finely pound lemongrass, red shallot, red chili, salt and MSG (optional). Then mix with chicken in a big bowl.

2. Add Khao Beua (finely pounded), eggs, green onions, and dill.

3. Seasoning with fermented fish sauce. Then mix all together and marinate for about 30 minutes in the fridge (you can skip this step if in a hurry).

4. Wrap chicken in fresh banana leaves (each wrap has 3-4 pieces of chicken). Bring to steam pot and cook for about 30 to 40 minutes.

5. Remove from the pot, open the wrap and enjoy eating with warm sticky rice. Yummy!
