Step 1. Cut the chicken in pieces.

Step 2. Pound roughly shallots and chilis with a bit of salt in the mortar.

Step 3. Fry shallot and chili, and lemongrass with oil in the pot until yellow, then add chicken and fry until light brown, add fermented fish sauce and stir a bit, then add water and cover for about 10 minutes on medium heat.

Step 4. Add eggplant, turkey berries and cook until soft. Then add long green beans and cook for about 5 minutes. After that add spring onions and dill. Turn off the fire immediately, taste it and serve with sticky rice or steamed rice. Zap!

Tip: To make herbs and veggies green color, DO NOT cover the pot.
