A secret cocktail place in Vientiane downtown located on the second floor of the cafe. There is a secret door to the bar that is a bookcase. Open that door and you will see a bar inside. It's a tiny bar but the decoration is beautiful. There are many drinks on the menu or you can inform the bartender yourself. Good place for hangout at night.
