It's a simple menu but delicious! Salmon marinated in soy sauce. Highly recommend for salmon lovers.

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Have a medium pot, add ginger slices, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water. Make it boil for about 3 to 5 minutes then let it cool.

2. Cut the salmon into bite size, slice fresh chili and garlic. Roast sesame seeds until light brown and let it cool.

3. Put salmon in the box, add garlic, chili, and roasted sesame. Pour the cold soy sauce from the pot (except the ginger) over the salmon, cover the box and keep it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours before eating.

4. To enjoy, take out the salmon on the roasted seasoning seaweed sheet, with rice. Or dip it with spicy seafood sauce and fresh vegetable, it is delicious too. 😘😋
