Want to try a new recipe from a foodie in Laos ? Nem Pa is the one for today, it is a crispy fish salad. It is similar to Nem Khao but with fish instead. The texture and the taste is a bit different but delicious. Let see how to make this yummy dish :)

Preparation

1. Have a pot to boil water and put tilapia, cooking about 15 minutes.

2. Remove the bones and take only the fish meat.

3. Season with salt and MSG. Mix together.

4. Add crispy rice.

5. Add sliced banana flowers, long green beans, turkey berries, green onions, and coriander. Mix well and adjust the taste as your prefer.

# Make the sauce :

1. Pound chili and garlic

2. Pound roasted peanuts

3. Caramelize sugar in a pan, then add water to dissolve it. Season with salt and MSG.

4. Remove sugar sauce from the stove and let it cool, transfer to a small bowl, before serving, add pounded chili and garlic, then peanuts. Add lime juice. Adjust the taste of sauce like sweet or sour as you prefer :)
