Delicious and cheap does exist in Thakhek district. Mother Noy noodle soup is only 6,000 Kip per bowl.
Her signature dishes are the thick noodle soup, the rice porridge, and the macaroni soup. Some customers like to mix in one bowl. For the meat, there is boiled pork, minced pork balls (home made), and crispy pork (only from Monday to Friday). Be there early because it's open at 06:00 AM but it finishes early too. 😊
